This expert-led webinar will highlight the role of community health worker (CHW) leadership in the development of the CHW workforce. State health agencies will have the opportunity to learn from the experiences of other states promoting and integrating community health workers in their efforts around CHW workforce development. The featured state examples will specifically highlight the engagement of CHWs with state health agencies around certification and financing options for CHWs. The webinar will feature speakers both from a state health agency and a community health worker coalition.
