ASTHOReport: Improving Influenza Immunization Uptake Through Community PartnershipsASTHO, the National Hispanic Medical Association, and the Association of American Indian Physicians, led a capacity building initiative to improve influenza immunization uptake among American Indian and Hispanic communities in defined geographical locales. As part of this initiative, two community action teams were established and tasked to develop, execute, and evaluate action plans to improve influenza immunization uptake in their communities. This report summarizes the results of the initiative and the work of the community action teams.
