ASTHO hosts several marquee conferences and meetings each year. Annual flagship events include Annual Meeting and Policy Summit, TechXpo and Futures Forum, Health Equity Summit, the Insight and Inspiration series, and our summer and winter member leadership retreats. All events are supported through formal presentations, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and exhibits.     Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences: Virtual 101 Training
    This team-based training will focus on providing fundamental education about ACEs and addressing risk and associated protective factors in their communities. During this training, jurisdictions will consider their agency's current ACEs prevention efforts and where they want to head, as well as learn more about the Adverse Childhood Experiences Capacity Assessment Tool (ACECAT) and other ASTHO tools available to help enhance their prevention capacity.

    Defining Disability for Syndromic Surveillance: Data to Action
    ASTHO will host a webinar offering a unique perspective on defining disability within syndromic surveillance. The discussion will show how this definition of disability can be used to promote health for people with disabilities during public health emergencies. ASTHO and Thought Bridge panelists will explain how viewing disability as a demographic can help to better understand the disparate impact of public health emergencies on people with disabilities.
