The goal of this project is to promote collaborative opportunities between Medicaid and public health that will achieve the Triple Aim of better care, reducing costs, and improving population health outcomes. This project will contribute to the Triple Aim by identifying specific opportunities, challenges, and solutions for promoting increased collaboration between Medicaid and public health.
